We are seeking a seasoned IT operations and IT service management professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As the manager of IT operations and IT service management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our IT service management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT operations team in delivering high-quality IT services to our customers.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT service management initiatives.
  • Manage third-party vendors providing IT support services to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic technology and user-facing projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading IT operations teams and managing IT service management processes.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in operating in a direct and matrix people management organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with business partners.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to our globally located workforce and daily interface with leaders in countries that BRP operates in.
