Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery for a squad in one of the areas of expertise, ensuring alignment with program goals and driving teams to deliver in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Manage squads/projects that are part of a larger program, creating structure and maintaining discipline to meet tight timelines and overcome challenges.
  • Work with a team comprised of client and vendor resources, focusing on team delivery and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong project management skills within the banking environment, with a focus on fast-paced delivery and team collaboration.
  • Experience managing squads or projects within larger programs, with a focus on driving forward in a high-stress environment and working with various stakeholders.
  • Functional or technical expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Customer
    • Digital
    • Compliance
    • Finance & Treasury
    • ITSM, IT Risk, Security
    • Infrastructure and Network
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, driving forward in a high-stress environment and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Senior-level experience (manager or senior manager equivalent), with a focus on team leadership and program management.
