We are looking to fill a senior administrative assistant position in hybrid mode for our Square Victoria office.
This is a replacement for a period of approximately 6 months.
Reporting to the Director of Administration and Investment Support, Investment Funds and external management, your role consists of taking charge of activities related to the administrative support of the business sector with rigor and professionalism.

- Ensure the coordination and smooth running of events and outreach activities;
- Manage the agenda of certain team leaders;
- Plan and organize business travel as well as certain expense accounts according to current policies;
- Organize the logistics of meetings and committees, including the preparation of agendas and files, as well as ensuring the necessary follow-ups;
- Assistance with the preparation and correction of documents;
- Management of SharePoint sites, Teams, Outlook mailbox, Eureka;
- Act as an administrative resource person for team employees, space layout and the arrival of new employees.
What you bring
- College diploma in administration or office automation or any other training deemed relevant for the position;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative assistant role;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be taken into consideration;
- Strong writing and visual communication skills;
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Teams;
- Oral and written bilingualism.
