SOMMAIRE

Sous la supervision de la Direction de l'entretien ménager et parfait pour un étudiant, le (la) Superviseur (e) de l'entretien ménager a pour principale fonction de coordonner et superviseur le travail du personnel d'étages, de contrôler l'entretien et la propreté des chambres en vue de satisfaire les besoins et attentes de la clientèle et d'assurer l'efficience du service.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

· Superviser et coordonner l'équipe de travail de l'entretien ménager (préposées aux chambres et équipiers);

· Planifier et organiser les activités quotidiennes;

· Effectuer l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux employés, ainsi que la formation;

· Maintenir les hauts standards de qualité de l'établissement;

· Assurer le respect des standards d'hygiène, de propreté et de sécurité de l'établissement;

· Gérer les conflits à l'intérieur de son département;

· Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques et procédures du département et de l'entreprise;

· Assurer le respect des standards d'hygiène, de propreté et de sécurité du département et de l'établissement;

· Inspecter des chambres, étages, lingeries et aires publiques;

· Collaborer à la planification et à la gestion des horaires de travail;

· S'assurer que les procédures et règlements des objets trouvés soient respectés;

· Répondre efficacement aux différentes requêtes de la clientèle;

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements;

· Participer aux tâches administratives du département;

· Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXIGENCES

· Posséder une formation et/ou une expérience dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie;

· Minimum de 1 année d'expérience à un poste similaire;

· Avoir de l'expérience comme préposé (e) à l'entretien ménager;

· Bilinguisme (anglais et français);

· Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles;

· Avoir un intérêt marqué pour le service à la clientèle;

· Aptitudes pour la gestion des ressources humaines (gestion des équipes de travail, gestion des conflits, etc.);

· Être orienté vers les résultats;

· Démontrer des attitudes professionnelles (aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe, autonomie, polyvalence, sens de l'initiative, sens de l'organisation, etc.);

· Connaissance des besoins de la clientèle;

· Faire preuve de leadership;

· Excellente capacité de prise de décisions;

· Avoir une bonne tolérance au stress et à travailler sous pression;

· Habiletés pour la communication verbale et écrite;

· Avoir une bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de santé et sécurité liées au département;

· Avoir le souci du détail et du travail bien fait;

· Être en bonne forme physique;

· Avoir une excellente capacité de gestion efficace du temps;

· Capacité à gérer les priorités.
