About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility (including restrooms, kitchen areas, and floor maintenance);
- Address all safety-related maintenance tasks in a timely manner;
- Assist the facilities supervisor with various duties;
- Serve as a secondary contact for maintenance contractors;
- Perform additional related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education is mandatory;
- At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role is preferred;
- Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic work environment with a keen eye for detail;
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and effective multitasking skills;
- Proficient in computer usage;
- Possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
Working Environment:
- High productivity levels are expected in a fast-paced setting;
- Physical tasks may be necessary for facility upkeep;
- Flexibility in work hours is essential (extended hours may be necessary);
- Occasional travel may be required;
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs independently;
- Potential for prolonged periods of standing;
- Adherence to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
