Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and play a leading role in the success of our store. As a key member of our management team, you will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About the Role
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
