Job Summary:

The Seasonal Guest Services Representative is a key member of the West Edmonton Mall team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with managing the guest flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless execution of holiday events and activities.
  • Operate a digital camera to capture special moments for guests, and provide editing and transfer services as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Participate in the car raffle desk, selling tickets to guests and contributing to the overall success of the event.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems and digital cameras.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a temporary part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
