Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell bowling lanes to guests, assign bowlers to lanes, receive lane payments, and hand out bowling shoes.
  • Organize and maintain a clean counter area and sanitize bowling shoes.
  • Provide bowlers with rental shoes, lane bumpers, and special needs bowling equipment.
  • Support other departments through cross-training within West Edmonton Mall, including attractions and amenities.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls and respond to lane inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including knowledge of West Edmonton Mall, lane and package prices, and general attraction information.
  • Follow health and safety and emergency procedures.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A friendly, cheerful personality.
  • Willingness to learn new skill sets and processes related to West Edmonton Mall operations.
  • Completion of ProServe certification or ability to take required training.
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to pass a basic security clearance.
