Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Improve Operations: Conduct regular evaluations of our facilities' operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget to ensure that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for our customers and staff.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure that our operations are not disrupted.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in facility operations management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
