Event Host/Event Moderator

We're seeking a dynamic event speaker/host to join our team and work with big brands and underserved student communities globally.
The Diversity Org is a global nonprofit that teaches low-income and minority students about corporate and high-income careers. We partner with large companies where students learn about careers they may not have known existed, participate in professional development workshops with corporate employees, and obtain access to internships/entry-level positions.
Our current partners include J.P. Morgan Chase, Blackstone, AT&T, Kellogg's, Warner Bros. Discovery, Verizon, Yahoo, Salesforce, Ernst & Young, Informa, Paramount, and Versace.
As an event speaker/host, you will be responsible for:
• Hosting events with big brands and industry leaders
• Attending rehearsals and training sessions to prepare for workshops and panels
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop new workshops and panels
• Providing feedback and editing to ensure high-quality content
• Bringing energy, humor, and a collaborative spirit to a fast-paced team environment
Ideal Candidate:
• Located in the USA, UK, Brazil, India, Mexico, or Canada
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Proficient in using Zoom and having effective wifi
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate and creative commitment to issues of race and identity
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests and audiences from diverse perspectives
• Ability to work part-time and varied shifts
