  • As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be at the heart of our customers' experiences, delivering world-class service and maintaining thriving relationships with Bell customers.
  • You will gain valuable experience and insights that you'll use to address inquiries and concerns, provide technical assistance, process orders and service requests, manage customer accounts and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provincial licensing: Annual renewals, new vehicles licensing, lost/stolen plates, interprovincial plate changes, and reporting.
  • Coordinate new vehicle deliveries in Quebec.
  • Follow up with account managers for any specific requests.
  • Interact and liaise daily with external suppliers, internal business units, and the extended BFS team.
  • Perform fleet database queries relative to maintenance and repairs, licensing, ownership, and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations.
  • Maintain fleet database (M5) and data integrity for audit compliance, health and safety, security, or environmental queries.
  • Issue appropriate and accurate POs to suppliers.
  • Communicate with QC suppliers for payments.
  • Provision, deliver, and track fleet vehicles and assets for business unit requests, returns, or queries.
  • Compile and arrange for asset and vehicle remarketing activities for end-of-lifecycle disposition/auction.
  • Prepare remarketing documentation for approval at end of fleet lifecycle for asset/vehicle disposal.
  • Liaise with front-line operations vis-à-vis queries received from drivers, managers, suppliers.
  • Willing to undertake, partake, and/or lead special assignments and projects.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bilingualism, French and English, with interactions with English-speaking customers or people outside of Quebec.
  • Self-starter and self-motivator.
  • Heavily focused on team spirit (non-territorial environment), sharing knowledge, and serving our fleet business units.
  • Basic level of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Continuous career development and skills enhancement training.
  • Ability to multi-task seamlessly and autonomously.
  • Creative to drive process improvements.
  • Accept change/challenges and constructive performance feedback.
  • Quick problem solver and engage extended teams.
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on multiple tasks and requests.

  • Flexibility to adjust performance or output capacity during peak periods and annual license renewals.
