Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, maintaining order accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by adhering to just-in-time manufacturing principles and restocking shelves promptly.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety control throughout the warehouse operations.
  • Identify and recommend upgrades or replacements for equipment as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina to perform tasks such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling materials.
  • Be adaptable to working any day of the week, including Sundays, and in various weather conditions.
  • Have the ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds safely.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including using a keyboard and mouse for data entry into point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • State-issued forklift operating license.
