We are a local last-mile delivery service. Our service offering consists of a web based delivery platform (that can exist on its own or through an integration), as well as, a set of local drivers ready to pick up packages and deliver them 7 days a week.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commission-Based Business Development Consultantto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and scheduling potential clients into meetings with our product specialists to achieve revenue targets. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for high-achievers to maximize their earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or through leads lists.
    • Research and identify potential customers through various channels.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous outreach using our CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Product/Service Presentation:
    • Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
    • Provide accurate information and answer inquiries about the offerings.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Follow up with leads to nurture initial relationships
    • Address client concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, emails, and outcomes within our CRM system..
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience operating within the framework of a cold calling sales funnel (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Reading and Speaking English
  • Adept in utilizing technology and digital tools (Tech Savvy)
  • Availability during Daytime Hours (Central Standard Time)
  • Access to High-Speed Internet Connectivity from a Residential Location

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. We pay $1 for every call you connect with a lead and $15 for each qualified lead booked into a meeting with one of our product specialists (must be attended by the lead).

Training and support will be provided to help you excel in this role.
