Assistant Resident Manager

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will play a key role in the successful operation of our property. You will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning Common Areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Minor Maintenance Repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained
  • Preparing Apartments for New Residents to ensure a smooth transition
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service to residents and potential residents
  • Assisting with Leasing Suites to help grow our resident base
  • Responding to On-Call Requests to ensure resident needs are met
Requirements
  • Cleaning Experience to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Minor Maintenance Skills to perform routine repairs
  • Customer Service Skills to provide exceptional service to residents
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment to collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to Work On-Call Shifts to ensure resident needs are met
