Job Title: Account Manager - Amazon Advertising

As an Account Manager at Amazon Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and exceeding revenue targets for our advertisers. Your expertise in digital advertising and client-facing skills will enable you to develop and deliver annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions. Your ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers will be crucial in delivering results through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
  • Manage and deliver against difficult advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets.
  • Nurture customer relationships, identify and close revenue-driving actions, and develop client portfolios.
  • Leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet customer business goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Work experience in digital media, including display advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management, and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners.
  • Delivering results through partnerships, ideally working with or for an advertising agency.
  • An ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results in loosely defined situations.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Display advertising sales/marketing experience.
  • Programmatic advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical experience.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
