Job Title: Client Ambassador

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our London team at our Masonville location.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment that exceeds client expectations
  • Meet monthly sales targets while promoting brand initiatives and supporting community engagement
  • Collaborate with store management to effectively communicate customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations
  • Ensure visual presentation standards are maintained and the store is replenished at all times

Requirements:
