Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Victoria's Secret. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
  • Provide customers with the perfect product fit by asking effective questions
  • Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
  • Recover cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase
  • Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
Requirements:
  • Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer's expectations
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals preferred
