Seasonal Sales Associate
We are seeking a talented and passionate Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As the largest jewellery brand in the world, we empower people to express themselves through our beautiful products.
About the Role:
- Deliver a world-class experience to our customers, exceeding sales goals and finding innovative ways to engage and attract them.
- Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people's loves.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations.
- Craft loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to sales, building a genuine connection with our customers.
- Embody the store culture, showcasing passion for our brand and serving as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
- Display excellent product knowledge and build brand loyalty through exceptional customer service.
- Authentically engage with customers, fostering lasting connections and loyalty.
- Ensure a smooth and on-brand operation, upholding merchandising and retail standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Develop a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
