Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting brand initiatives to all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Meet monthly sales targets, while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives
- Communicate customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team
- Support visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times
- Assist with sales promotions, events, and product launches
Requirements
- Minimum of two years retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product knowledge and merchandising skills
