Site Description:
Since Sherbourne Health's inception in 2002, dedicated staff and associated members have worked tirelessly to ensure the right programs and services were created to better suit the community. Sherbourne Health's client base has steadily increased: now providing primary care services through 100,000 client visits per year. Sherbourne has an extensive history providing healthcare services to the community. It is located on the site of the former Central Hospital, which specializes in providing services to new comers, under privileged persons, as well as members from the LGBTQ community.
