About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Security Guards to join our team at Knights On Guard. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security guards and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Guards: Lead a team of security guards and coordinate their activities to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond accordingly to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Establish work schedules and procedures, and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the security industry.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
