Emergency Response

Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

Team Management

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, ensuring that our security services meet the highest expectations.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, providing updates on security operations and any issues that may arise.

Staff Development

Train and develop our security guards in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Leadership and Management

Proven experience in leadership and management, with a strong ability to motivate and direct a team.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.

Organizational and Time Management

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the security industry.

Certifications and Licenses
  • Certifications

CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.

Licenses

Security Guard License.
