Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security guards to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Emergency ResponseBe the primary point of contact for emergency situations and respond accordingly to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Team ManagementSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, ensuring that our security services meet the highest expectations.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop our security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
Certifications and LicensesCPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License are required.
Personal QualitiesExcellent oral communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent position, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.
