Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security guards and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security guards, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 security guards.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a Security Guard License and a valid driver's licence.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate client focus, excellent oral communication, judgement, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience: Have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: Work 32 hours per week.
