Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Fortress Security Guard Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in security management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the security industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule work for security staff
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage
  • Oversee the operation of security equipment and technology
  • Monitor and assess quality and performance levels
  • Prepare and deliver reports on security operations
  • Supervise and guide a team of security personnel
  • Provide training on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 security guards.

Certifications Required
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Security Guard License
Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Work Environment
