**Job Title:** Security Officer

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, staff, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Log and report incidents reported by staff, physicians, patients, or visitors
• Patrol interior and exterior of facility to prevent unauthorized entry
• Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, and breaches of security
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance
• Monitor situations, cameras, property, and events
• Communicate effectively under all circumstances
• Provide information regarding the facility as requested by personnel
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors through courteous and respectful relations
• Monitor and screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma
