About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of HR Operations Process/Applications Lead at Horizon Health Network.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the improvement of our HR processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement process improvements within HR applications, focusing on customer and team-centric approaches.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in designing processes and building content for e-forms and other HR applications.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating practices, user training, and documentation for HR applications and tools.
  • Participate in various projects and contribute to the planning, testing, and implementation of new HR applications, upgrades, and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer and team-centric environment, with a focus on process development and improvement.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and working with various technology.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Written and spoken competence in English at an advanced level.
