About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective HR practices and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level strategic advice and counsel to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead the annual Talent Cycles, supporting leaders and employees to complete activities and tasks associated with each cycle.
  • Plan and execute the annual Workforce Planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with business leaders and employees to enhance the leader and employee experience, aligning to the HR Strategy and Initiatives.
  • Act as a risk manager, supporting business area leaders to ensure compliance with regulations and employee relations matters.
  • Responsible for working with HR COEs and internal stakeholders to capture monthly HR data and metrics, providing HR People & Talent reporting.
  • Responsible for monthly HR stewardship and reporting to business area leaders, informing fit-for-purpose HR guidance and solutioning.
  • Support recruitment for the business to meet workforce plan and talent requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to provide timely and relevant feedback, supporting continuous improvement efforts of HR programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Participate and contribute to HR and business area projects, supporting business requirements.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years HR operational experience.
  • CPHR designation an asset.
