Recherchez des réceptionnistes pour combler 2 postes : un à temps partiel sur fin de semaine et un à temps plein principalement sur semaine jour ou soir.

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes dynamiques, flexibles et parfaitement bilingues pour rejoindre notre équipe de réception.

Vous serez le centre névralgique de notre hôtel, responsable de l'accueil et de l'enregistrement des invités, ainsi que de la gestion des réservations et des paiements.

  • Offrir un service courtois, professionnel, empressé et authentique.
  • Accueillir et enregistrer les invités tout en respectant les normes de service Marriott.
  • Répondre au téléphone, faire des réservations, effectuer des paiements et toutes tâches liées à la fonction de réception en hôtellerie.
  • Être le centre névralgique de l'hôtel : répondre aux demandes clients, relayer aux collègues appropriés afin de répondre rapidement à chaque demande.
  • Maximiser les revenus et inventaires de l'hôtel en vendant de façon appropriée l'hôtel, ses chambres et ses services.
  • Utiliser avec compétence les systèmes en place.
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes jugées nécessaires par la direction.

Vous travaillerez principalement sur semaine jour ou soir, mais également sur fin de semaine. Vous bénéficierez d'une formation complète donnée sur place.

Vous devrez être maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral), avoir une présentation professionnelle, une étude en tourisme ou en hôtellerie (un atout), et une expérience en hôtellerie ou dans un poste orienté service à la clientèle serait un atout.

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à partager l'information efficacement
  • Être en bonne condition physique et pouvoir passer de longues heures debout
  • Devoir être légalement éligible à travailler au Canada
