Main Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Associate at Le Capitole Hôtel will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, and late check-outs;
  • Responding to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and regional activities;
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures established by Le Capitole Hôtel;
  • Providing efficient solutions to guest requests and issues;
  • Notifying relevant department heads of room occupancy changes;
  • Maintaining guest confidentiality and ensuring their safety;
  • Contributing to hotel promotions;
  • Performing other related tasks associated with the position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingualism (French/English);
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times;
  • Familiarity with the Hotello system (an asset);
  • Autonomy;
