Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Front Desk Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
  • Supervising Front Desk Staff: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Establishing Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Performing Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as managing guest records, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
