Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
