Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
    • Assist clients with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and other financial services, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to clients, increasing revenue and growth for the business.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
