- Financial Transactions
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, applying for loans, and other financial services, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to clients, increasing revenue and growth for the business.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset.
- Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
