Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Work closely with our plumbing technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that their needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of plumbing products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
