About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our team with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that includes selling TD SYNNEX products and/or services via telephone, by generating prospective customers through cold calling. You will qualify and follow up on sales leads, as well as walk new customers through reseller application process.

What You'll Do:


• Service, grow, and develop a group of accounts

• Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota)

• Minimum achievement with assigned revenue, gross profit dollar and gross profit percentage quota to goal

• Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required

• Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs

• Maintain current customer profiles and information as requested

• Returns Authorizations - process request to customer service when applicable

• Outbound calls, prospect/qualify customers

• Handle incoming calls for the call centre

• Provide ETA and shipping information as requested

• Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combination

• Provide help in developing accounts with outside associate or Business Development Rep

• Provide excellent follow-up and customer service towards all customer requests

• Attend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller/Industry events, TD SYNNEX events

What We're Looking For:


• High School Diploma required; university or post- secondary school an asset coupled with six (6) months inside sales experience or two years industry related experience.

Bilingual English/French


• Strong desire to learn and ready to show initiative

• Innovative and self-motivated

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detail

• PC literate – MS Word and Excel

• Good interdepartmental relationships

• Extended hours / attendance at conferences on weekends required occasionally

• Core Competencies for this role include communication skills, detail oriented, interpersonal skills and sales acumen

Nous recherchons un représentant commercial interne axé sur les détails, les pratiques et les résultats pour notre équipe, doté de compétences en communication éprouvées et d'une solide éthique de travail pour travailler dans un environnement stimulant, dynamique et énergique, avec des responsabilités qui comprennent la vente de produits et/ou de services TD SYNNEX par téléphone, en générant des clients potentiels par sollicitation au hasard. Vous qualifiez et suivez les clients éventuels et guidez les nouveaux clients tout au long du processus de demande de revendeur.

Votre tâche :

  • Service, croissance et développement d'un groupe de comptes
  • Respecter toutes les normes de performance quotidiennes mesurables (appels, commandes, temps de vente, quota)
  • Réalisation minimale avec recettes attribuées, dollar de profit brut et pourcentage de profit brut à atteindre
  • Fournir aux clients les prix et la disponibilité des produits selon les besoins
  • Positionner les produits et les programmes de service en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise
  • Tenir à jour les profils et les informations des clients comme demandé
  • Autorisations de retour - traiter la demande au service à la clientèle, le cas échéant
  • Appels sortants, clients potentiels /qualifiés
  • Gérer les appels entrants pour le centre d'appels
  • Fournir les informations sur la date probable d'arrivée et l'expédition sur demande
  • Traiter les commandes correctement, avec précision et maintenir/combiner les comptes en souffrance
  • Fournir de l'aide au développement des comptes avec un associé externe ou un représentant du développement commercial
  • Fournir un excellent suivi et un service client à toutes les demandes des clients
  • Participer à toutes les initiatives de formation de TD SYNNEX, aux événements pour les revendeurs et les industries, aux événements de TD SYNNEX

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis; université ou études postsecondaires un atout associé à six (6) mois d'expérience dans la vente ou deux ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la vente industrielle
  • Bilingue français-anglais
  • Fort désir d'apprendre et prêt à faire preuve d'initiative
  • Innovant et motivé
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale), sens de l'organisation, souci du détail
  • Connaissances informatiques - MS Word et Excel
  • Bonnes relations interservices
  • Heures prolongées / participation à des conférences les fins de semaine requises occasionnellement
  • Les compétences de base pour ce rôle comprennent la communication, le souci du détail, les compétences interpersonnelles et commerciales
