Lead Inside Sales Executive

As a Lead Inside Sales Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in engaging with existing clients to enhance sales performance through effective dialogue and proactive sales strategies. Your primary objective will be to cultivate robust relationships, pinpoint opportunities for additional sales, and guarantee client satisfaction. You will work in tandem with our external sales team to meet shared objectives. Candidates with a background in the electrical or manufacturing sectors are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Surpass performance benchmarks for sales volume, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote products and highlight value-added services.
  • Foster relationships with current accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and qualify leads generated from various channels.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to fellow Inside Sales Executives when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
