Role Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our corporate clientele. This position involves efficiently processing orders, addressing any challenges that arise, ensuring accurate documentation, and actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process sales orders and credits in a timely manner, including follow-ups on order confirmations, stock availability, and making informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with inventory management and production teams to guarantee product availability for assigned corporate accounts.

30% of Time

Provide courteous and respectful responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring consistent and exceptional service. Address customer complaints and requests promptly, involving the appropriate personnel when necessary. Maintain a structured call schedule for a designated group of corporate accounts to achieve and surpass sales objectives.

30% of Time

Work closely with the National Strategic Sales Manager and other team members to keep customers informed about new products, marketing initiatives, and relevant industry developments.

20% of Time

Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining customer records, processing invoices, and managing account setups with corporate partners.

20% of Time

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Diploma
  • Experience in retail sales of packaged goods (wine and beer)
  • Proficiency in JDE, Excel, and other relevant software
  • WSET and/or Wine certifications

COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $52,472 - $67,905

Note: The budgeted range considers various factors, including experience, education, and other qualifications relevant to the role. Base pay is one aspect of the total rewards package at Spagnol's.
