Position: Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual French Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics while achieving sales targets.
- Engage in outbound sales communications in both English and French (Québécois).
- Maintain high productivity levels in outreach efforts, primarily through telephone and email interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and French (preferably with a familiarity of Québécois); Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Familiarity with CRM principles for account management; experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Compensation Details:
The salary range for this position is between $39,000 and $56,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other forms of compensation, including annual bonuses, sales commissions, or long-term incentives, may be available. Employees can participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes generous paid time off, pension plans, flexible spending accounts, stock purchase options, education reimbursement, and more.
