Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, making a direct impact on our success. Your role will be all about building and nurturing relationships while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients by identifying and addressing their specific needs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate commercial proposals, including pricing, delivery times, and payment terms.
  • Actively participate in prospecting and developing new markets and clients.
  • Partner with our customer service team to ensure a seamless experience from order processing to confirmation.
  • Tackle customer challenges head-on to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Share your expertise by providing technical product information and addressing client questions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, logistics, credit) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain regular, productive follow-ups on projects and relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Bilingual in French and English, due to interaction with clients in English-speaking provinces of Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with technological tools, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
