Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances the overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of digital product development, customer experience journeys, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and refinement of RBC Direct Investing's digital strategy across all platforms and integration points.
  • Articulate a forward-looking innovative view on digital interactions through primary research, behavioral analytics, and synthesizing learnings in context of RBC Direct Investing strategy.
  • Support the creation and refinement of DI's business strategy as it relates to digital innovation, supporting P&L drivers.
  • Lead initiatives that align to overall strategic priorities and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with Contact Centres, Operations, and Communications to support efficiency through digitization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital product experience, with a focus on customer experience journeys.
  • Results-driven experience with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Ability to drive insight through data analytics and inform business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of digital investing and investment products.
