About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide a positive first impression
- Guide customers through the claim and repair process, responding to their inquiries and educating them about the MPI process
- Collaborate with production, parts team and MPI to provide customers with updates on their vehicles
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect payment and signatures from customers as required
- Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery and explain the repairs completed
- Assist with office work as required
- Collision or automotive experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented with a desire to provide customers with an exceptional experience
- Focused and detailed-oriented
- Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn
- Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office Programs
- High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset
