Team Lead - Reitmans (Canada) Limited Team Lead

Join our team as a Team Lead and be part of a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can make a real difference. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team to achieve store objectives and creating a positive customer experience.

About the Role
  • Lead a team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.
  • Ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members.
  • Maintain an effective and open line of communication with Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
  • Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal.
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
