  • Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, providing correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to their assigned department.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards, including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
  • Open availability is required, including working store opening and closing shifts, as well as weekends.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
  • Knowledge of Cabela's specific products is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
