Job Description

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all aspects of proposal management, including working with project directors, technical content leads, and subject matter experts.
  • Developing and enforcing effective deliverables matrices and bid schedules to ensure timely and thorough proposal management.
  • Leading status and review meetings to ensure the pursuit team is informed and on schedule.
  • Proofreading and copy-editing proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal, technical, and marketing specifications.
  • Managing the design and presentation of proposal content and packaging to ensure visual clarity and consistency with brand standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, or graphic design.
  • Strong process skills, including efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of complex projects.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Google Apps.
