We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Sponsorship and Events Team in Toronto. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the National Sponsorship and Events team, including supporting the Director of Sponsorship and Events and taking on various requests from Sponsorship and Events Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the National Sponsorship and Events team, including budgeting, payment processing, financial compliance, and customer and consumer requests.
  • Manage and track season tickets for customer and consumer requests.
  • Effectively perform all administrative duties, including expenses, budget tracking and management, invoice processing.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
