About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Ontario Sales team at Molson Coors. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our major accounts in Ontario, as well as the Ontario portion of national major accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major banner partners at the head office, based on trust and business expertise.
  • Develop business plans and beer category plans for major clients, using the strategic planning process to identify opportunities that guarantee the progress of our common business results.
  • Implement the negotiation strategy with large-scale clients, leading negotiations with several important stakeholders, respecting investment criteria, and maximizing return on investment.
  • Establish and lead a prospecting and market development plan, uncovering and establishing new business relationships with large-scale clients.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team and regional sales managers to maximize the execution and consistency of contracts and various strategies.
  • Monitor and measure the results of each major client, both at the head office and at the store level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
  • More than 7-10 years of experience in sales and negotiations with concrete successful results.
  • Knowledge of the grocery and convenience environments.
  • Creative and innovative, result-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communicator, with good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
  • Energetic leadership, informed decision-making, and commitment to aligning initiatives with the company's strategies.
