Customer Success Engineer

Drive value realization and return on investment for Strategic clients, working directly with them to understand business and technical requirements, build long-term relationships, and develop and operate AEM cloud solutions that delight customers and meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic client relationship management, developing long-term client relationships, and championing projects and initiatives.
  • Client-facing, technical operations, and colleague-facing roles, collaborating with teams to provision, customize, monitor, and upgrade cloud-hosted Enterprise offerings.
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, maintaining client contact and providing status updates for all outstanding issues.
  • Help clients achieve their business objectives by providing resources to answer clients' questions, identifying needs for account customization, and overseeing implementation changes.
  • Lead all aspects of customer support to ensure timely closure of quality and security issues and provide project management for professional services requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French language (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to achieve a Top Secret Clearance
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and other services such as Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), PHP, MySQL, Redis, Java, Chef, and CDN services.
  • Proficiency in AWS or Azure with an understanding of cloud-hosted web applications.
  • Experience with operating and monitoring Enterprise software.
  • Real passion for digital marketing and client success, with a proven track record of optimally leading client relationships and technical projects.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about exceeding client expectations, with excellent social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Duties Include:

  • Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Digital Marketing products and teams.
  • Assist in developing new automation tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with teams to provision, customize, monitor, and upgrade cloud-hosted Enterprise offerings.
