About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our Strategic client-facing team, you will be responsible for driving value realization and return on investment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical requirements.
  • Design and implement AEM cloud solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Lead customer support efforts, ensuring timely closure of quality and security issues.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in French language (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to achieve a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Java, Chef, and CDN services.
  • Proficiency in AWS or Azure with an understanding of cloud-hosted web applications.
  • Experience with operating and monitoring Enterprise software.
  • Real passion for digital marketing and client success.
