About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving value realization and return on investment for our strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, and providing expert guidance on Adobe Experience Manager and other digital marketing products.
  • Technical Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to provision, customize, monitor, and upgrade our cloud-hosted enterprise offerings, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to our clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Champion projects and initiatives, bridging between clients, third-party providers, project management, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, providing status updates, and maintaining client contact to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French language (speaking and writing) is required.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to achieve a Top Secret Clearance is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Java, Chef, and CDN services, as well as proficiency in AWS or Azure with an understanding of cloud-hosted web applications.
  • Business Acumen: Real passion for digital marketing and client success, with a proven track record of leading client relationships and technical projects, and excellent work ethic and collaboration skills.
