Organizational Development Consultant

Nova Scotia Health is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to provide strategic guidance on employee retention and engagement strategies.
This role requires gathering data and feedback, innovating in strategy and program development, and continually improving programs across multiple areas of focus.
- Develop an organization-wide employee engagement strategy through assessment and implementation.
- Provide leadership on the design and delivery of initiatives that support and influence engagement and retention.
- Partner with colleagues to develop and deliver an organizational learning and talent development strategy.
- Provide strategic input and guidance on the organizational learning environment.
- Develop and implement policies and guidelines for areas of Organizational Development accountability.
- Develop and deliver change management capability building programs for leaders and their teams.
- Build respectful relationships with internal team members and stakeholders.
- Continually build capabilities of self and others through development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in a related field, certification or training in adult education, facilitation, and change management, and experience interpreting and embedding organizational strategies and policies.
This is a long-term full-time position with a salary range of $40.15-$50.19 per hour and a benefits package that includes health, dental, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
